Lady Antebellum | "I Run to You" (Video)

Posted by Kevin Z. Rong Monday, January 26, 2009 0 comments

Lady Antebellum is an country trio formed in Tennessee in 2006. "I Run to You" is the 3rd single released from the group's self-titled debut album, and it eventually became their 1st Billboard #1 country song in July 2009. "I Run to You" is a mid-tempo with electric guitar and string section accompaniment. In it, the narrators — lead singers Charles Kelley and Hillary Scott — state that they turn to each other to escape the negativity and prejudice of the world.
A music video, directed by Adam Boatman, will release for the song in March 2009. The video follows a chain of events, that showcases how one good deed leads to another. It begins with a mother giving money to a man playing guitar on the sidewalk, who walks into a coffee shop and loans money to a businessman who left his wallet at home. The businessman then helps a woman pick up her stack of papers that scatters when she falls down. Later, the woman takes a seat on the bench and waits for the bus. The mother from the beginning arrives at the bus stop and she gives up her seat for her. Included with these are scenes of the band singing in a small hotel room.

Kelly Clarkson | "My Life Would Suck Without You"(Video)

Kelly Clarkson (born April 24, 1982 in Texas) won the highly-publicized 1st season of American Idol in 2002. "My Life Would Suck Without You" is the 1st single from her 4th studio album, "All I Ever Wanted". It is a moderately fast pop rock/electropop song. Kelly's vocal range spans from A3 to E5. She claimed #1 on March 1, 2009 when "My Life Would Suck Without You" debuted #1 on downloads alone. Clarkson has sold over 10.1 million albums in the US, becoming the highest-selling Idol winner.
The music video for the song was directed by Wayne Isham and was shot in LA in December 2008. A story about Kelly and her boyfriend. Kelly's all time best? I'll say: "A Moment Like This", "Breakaway", "Since U Been Gone", "Behind These Hazel Eyes" and "Because of You". Also check Kelly's MySpace for more info.
