Demi Lovato take over Los Angeles' Gay Pride Parade, celebrating with the crowd and sending a clear message to all the haters with her powerful pop-anthem, "Really Don't Care," and brought it to life by sing with the crowd, party with her friends and brush off all those haters. The LGBTQ-friendly clip features a number of celebrity cameos, including the singer's boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama, Perez Hilton, Kat Graham, Shane Bitney Cone and British pop singer Cher Lloyd, who lends her vocals and spitting out her sassy verse to the track.
The uptempo dance-pop breakup song, the fourth single off her self titled fourth album "Demi," finds Lovato sending a message of defiance with her "angsty" and "overpowering pipes" vocals to a former lover that their split is for good and she won't change her mind. "For me it was just about a breakup a while ago," Lovato explained. "And now it's just an overall of thinking and not giving a s--t about what people say or what people think about you and your beliefs." The pair met when Lloyd, who was a finalist on the UK's 2010 X Factor performed on the American version of the show, where Lovato is a judge.
"When I originally wrote it, it was a breakup song," the pop performer told E! News. "But now I have sung it so many times that it kind of no longer has a significance in that sort of way. When I sing it, I always want to inspire and empower." After thinking more about the song she wanted it to have "a deeper message" since she stands for much more than that. "I thought what other people could relate to really not caring what people think. I thought of bullies and the LGBT community who are constantly scrutinized. What better place is there than L.A. Pride to celebrate who you are and not really caring what people think?"
Shot at L.A.'s gay pride festival, where Lovato served as the Grand Marshall and performed, the video opens with Lovato telling the crowd that a protester at the parade "has a burn in hell poster' and that "you don't have to hate because my Jesus loves all." The pop star, dressed in leather with rainbow hair, then opens with her song as she marches down the parade on a float as LGBT supporters surround her dancing, celebrating and proudly belting out the lyrics. "And it felt amazing to sing with other people in their faces and sing "I really don't care," Lovato told MTV News.

Cher Lloyd continues to open up to everyone with an unparalleled transparency and gets more personal than ever before in her brand new music video for "Sirens," the soaring follow-up is the second cut from her upcoming sophomore album "Sorry I'm Late," due out May 27 on Epic. The emotionally heavy and heart-wrenching clip chronicles a very private memory from Lloyd's childhood. As a result, the narrative conveys a palpable cinematic drama that matches the song's musical impact. Following the tale of an unbreakable family bond, "Sirens" remains brutally honest and immensely poignant.
The former X Factor contestant tried to shed her girly, pre-fab pop star reputation, and  pulls back the curtain on "Sirens," which is a good taste of what's to come as she went on to describe the track as "teary, emotional and fearless," and labelled it as one of the best songs she has produced. The production is less bubble gum and more grown-up pop with a full-bodied, super grown up midtempo power ballad of mega-proportions, shows off Lloyd's impressive belty vocals and more vulnerable side. The music itself remains a genuine exploration of her emotions and experiences, eschewing typical pop sheen in favor of raw reality.
And Lloyd had to dig deep for the music video as the singer recently tweeted, "I can't put into words how personal my new video is. I've let my barriers down for the first time." Smoking. Crying. DEA agents busting down the door, on the hunt for drugs. Somehow the 20-year-old British songstress who was cute as a button on The X Factor and chirping on brat-pop jams like "Swagger Jagger" and "Want U Back" majorly grew up in the span of three years, as evidenced by her dark and dramatic video for "Sirens."
The Darren Craig-directed clip portrays a very grown up singer and sees Lloyd call the authorities on her drug-dealing partner, which in turn sees her home raided by armed police. It takes the whole affair to a more emotional level, as the story of a woman bound to her drug-dealing boyfriend plays out. His eventual arrest leaves Lloyd sobbing in a hallway, until at last she embroils herself in the whole mess by running out of the house with his stash and burns it to protect him. The final moments of the "Sirens" visual reveal that the tie that binds Lloyd to her troubled paramour is a young daughter.

Cher Lloyd is at risk of reigniting her feud with Cheryl Cole again, after seemingly stealing her look in the restaurant-themed video for her latest blast of pop fun track, "I Wish," featuring rapper T.I., serve as the lead single from her as-yet-untitled sophomore studio album, will be released in the UK on October 13 via Epic Records. The new collection sees her preserve the spunky, slick sound millions fell in love with, while getting a bit deeper and more intimate at the same time.
The 20-year-old former 'X Factor' contestant builds her self-confidence and has her eye on the "King of the South" in her latest vibrant video for "I Wish," as the British bombshell plays the role of a waitress at a posh nightclub, where she's serving up cocktails to a handful of rude women that treat her like a second-rate individual. She's super annoyed with some girls who think they're so much better than her, but once she gets over the fact that she's not like them, she totally owns it and nothing can stop her from getting what she wants!
Lloyd wishes for a big butt and a rack, but ends up getting more than that in the playful video, as she waltzing around in loads of cool clothes, using a phone that she's most definitely not advertising in any way shape or form and finding alternative uses for vegetables. When T.I. comes through with a group of girls, the sassy Lloyd tries to impress him by doing things out of her character. But she eventually gives up on the flash and decides to just be herself. It goes over well with T.I., who leaves the groupies behind and hangs with her, while drops in all sunglasses-cool to spit a quick verse.
It seems as though that wish has been granted. In her signature style, Lloyd makes goofy faces at the camera, reflects the song's lyrics by miming bell peppers as bigger breasts and swings her hips back and forth. Though not as outwardly quirky as, say, "Want U Back," "I Wish" still shows off Lloyd's fun-filled personality. Not much of an evolution from the quirky-sweet style of her first visuals, but a nice continuation of that vibe - lively and jubilant. It is as fun-filled and quirky as anything Lloyd has done to date.

After the mixed response and the commercial success of her lead single "Swagger Jagger," Cher Lloyd has an enchanting new US version music video for her follow up single, "With Ur Love," the second single taken from the 19-year-old British 'X Factor' alum's debut studio album, "Sticks + Stones." Love is in the air. It's definitely the perfect fairytale-themed video, though we must confess.
Musically "With Ur Love," is a mid-tempo song with elements of bubblegum and R&B. Its lyrics talk about the euphoria of being in love. "I feel like I'm on top of the world with your love," Lloyd insists on the chorus. It's sweet and sugary with an addictively sharp edge, and a plaintive slice of R&B-infused pop with a big fat shiny chorus, plays to her strengths far better. The track is also a charming M.I.A.-inspired ditty that fuses a lolloping childlike bassline with bouncy beats and some surprisingly sugary-sweet melodies.
Lloyd commented about the difference between the first two tracks from album: "It's very different. The two songs are miles apart. My first single showed my attitude and aggressive style, while this one is more stripped-back with me being me. It basically gives you a good insight into what the album is going to be like, so I think it was a good choice." The recording has brought comparisons to Avril Lavigne, and Lloyd herself described the track as one where she, "actually gets to sing instead of jumping around like an idiot."
The Hannah Lux Davis-directed video shows Lloyd plays the evil queen, sits in a gold throne in a castle, lives her own fairytale and hosting a dinner party for a few handsome male guests together with her gorgeous female companions who are actually witches like Lloyd's character in the clip. With her purple laser-beam-monster eyes, she and her girlfriends mix up enchanting magic potions to seduce their men and steal their spiritual essences and souls to create her ultimate prince. It's just another day in the castle.

Cher Lloyd continues her US invasion with a new sunny video for her friendship anthem, "Oath," serves as the second radio single in the US edition of her debut studio album, "Sticks + Stones," which just released on Tuesday. The video also features American rapper Becky Gomez, who collaborated on the catchy tune! The 19-year-old British singer has expressed surprise at her recent success in the US with her debut US single "Want U Back," and her stateside takeover seems to be going swimmingly.
"Sticks & Stones" isn't an album that will change the world, its radio-ready dance-pop and high-spirited energy is harmless and infectious enough to earn her an army of new fans in America. People will be surprised,” Lloyd tells Billboard of her new album, “There are going to be a few tracks people are thrown back by. It might change people's views on me as an artist. I love to experiment and do different things, and still be pop as well."
"Oath" is about BFF-dom and the spoils of youth, and draws from dance-pop and synthpop genres. In the chorus, over a bass synth, both Lloyd and Gomez adopt a sing-rap style, which is performed over guitars on both verses. But even if it's a little predictable, the clip for "Oath," is a sleek, expensive-looking video that reinforces Lloyd's image as somewhere between "sexy class clown" and "the bad girl your parents won't really mind you hanging out with." Most importantly, it's a smart complement to the song, which is as surefire a radio hit as any this year.
Directed by Hannah Lux Davis, the vibrant, glossy, and soaked clip is a cheeky, fun effort and it kicks off in detention, where a bored-looking Lloyd taps her pencil and looks at the clock. Its storyline ain't nothing original, that features the pint-sized Brit appearing as a carefree American high school student who chilling with her friends, dancing in a laundromat, and hitting their final destination at the beach in an adorable retro bikini for more fun times later on, but as a whole, it just fits the 'vibe.'

Back in January, Cher Lloyd had a video for her single, "Want U Back" featuring Astro from X Factor USA and now, the 18-year-old British songstress re-shot a new U.S. Version video for the song. Shot to fame in the U.K. after appearing on Season 7 of "The X Factor," Lloyd made it to the final four before she was eliminated, but Simon Cowell quickly signed her to Syco, his label, and released her debut U.K. album last year, where it entered the charts at No.1.
"Want U Back." was originally as the third single taken from her debut studio album "Sticks + Stones," and now released the song as her first official U.S. single, and it sounds like an instant summer radio hit. The track is a cartoony mix of perky beats and peppy guitar give the song an almost caricature quality. This sassy piece of pop finds Lloyd singing about her jealousy of her former lover and his new girlfriend.
Lloyd explained that the song does not relate to anything that happened to her personally: "it's basically a track from lots of different girls' stories out there. A lot of people are telling me they can relate to the track and they've been in that situation, but it's also got an element of fun in it." The new clip was shot in Los Angeles, and shows Lloyd's attempts to sabotage her former love's new relationship in an American diner, while performing the track on the restaurant's counter. The police then arrive to arrest Lloyd and take her into custody, where she is seen having a mugshot taken.
Instead of Lloyd hanging out in her bedroom, now she's invading a small-town diner, wearing significantly less clothing and going to jail. Lloyd reminds us of that badass friend in high school who skipped class (but still got good grades), refused to wear her gym class uniform ('cause they were lame) and never sported a zit a day in her life. We so wanted be her. (Still do!) If you're wondering if sassy girls ever grow out of being effing awesome, they don't. Her newest video proves that bad girls just wanna have fun at everyone else's expense.
