Written by Jessie and produced by legendary Swedish producer Max Martin, "Burnin' Up" follows the 26-year-old's recent success of "Bang Bang," with Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj, and has that same R&B-pop-hip/hop feel. It's all about those diva-sized pipes, as Jessie struts through the fire and loses her mind due to the heat of her lover. While her vocals flirt with ostentatiousness, Chainz is all chill, smoothly rhyming 'corridor' with 'Oreo,' as he adds some fuel to the fire with his scorching rap verse, stir.
This tribal-influenced dance anthem is the second single to be taken from the British beltin' babe's upcoming third studio LP, "Sweet Talker," which is full of slick production and showcases Jessie's incredible vocal range and her divisibility as a power-player on the global music scene, will be released on October 14. It was a big wild night for Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj on Sunday night, when the three celebrated performers took the stage to open the  MTV's 2014 Video Music Awards, performing a medley of their own singles and their new hit "Bang Bang," and later dropping the music video, which is set to go off like a bang and shows the most glamorous sides of all the ladies. Despite the song's message, it's the kind of song, you put on when you want to dance and let loose and that's exactly what the three manage to do.
The chart-topping track, which is produced by Max Martin, serves as the first cut off of Jessie J's upcoming third studio album, "Sweet Talker," due out on October 14th and also appear on the deluxe version of Grande's sophomore studio album, "My Everything," released today. Backed by clap-heavy production, and built over big bouncy beats and horn blasts, the up-tempo soulful and powerful song is composed of piercing vocals courtesy of two contemporary crooners, as well as rapid-fire spitting from the hottest female MC on the planet who really steals the show with her verse.
The video for "Bang Bang" was shot on the Paramount lot in Hollywood by Hannah Lux Davis who said: "The concept of the video is really about girls coming together and partying it up." Takes us to the streets of New York and beyond, the retro-inspired clip (with shades of the '60s and '70s) opens with Grande, 21, hangs out in her neon apartment as she applies makeup and prepares for a performance; Minaj, 31, then enters a shot, strutting in stilettos and leopard print and takes us above the concrete jungle, as she climbs into her private helicopter drops her off on the helipad on top of one of NYC's skyscrapers.
And finally Jessie J, 26, makes her appearance on a steamy NYC street, driving down a busy thoroughfare in a hot rod and shakes her groove thing with her friends. The trio of divas then break it down in respective scenes shine and shake their booty while singing they turn the streets of Manhattan into a pink paradise." While they take their 'bang bang' action out on the middle of the NYC streets and into the room, the video is certainly not a let down as the dynamic pop trio then come together on the rooftop, wearing brightly-colored skimpy outfits. It makes us wish summer would never end!

At any given point during a night at the club, you'll only find a fraction of the clientele actually dancing, while the rest order drinks and chat in the periphery. Unless the DJ is spinning that song - you know, that one jam that makes everyone drop what ever they're doing and rush out onto the floor. With his debut single, "Calling All Hearts," Booth newcomer DJ Cassidy was clearly angling to write that song. On this high-energy cut, the Columbia Records signee's electrifying disco boardwork bangs in the back as Grammy nominee Robin Thicke and British pop hitmaker Jessie J exercise their powers of persuasion, urging couples to get a little bit closer and wallflowers to abandon their positions on the sidelines.
Cassidy's vibrant new video for his feel good upbeat party anthem, "Calling All Hearts" is a disco inspired Dance hit with some R&B flavor and is about to be a R&B dance party! The exuberant retro song pays tribute to the golden era of Club music, and like the rest of Cassidy's upcoming debut LP "Paradise Royale," due in May, it honors the disco era of late '70s and early '80s by purposely avoiding modern studio techniques like sampling and recycling established material. "Four years ago, I set out on a mission to bring the greatest and most universal dance music of all time back to the airwaves, back to nightlife, back to the dance floor," Cassidy told Rolling Stone.
The X-directed video was shot in London and is equally epic affair, which begins and ends with a storyline that features Cassidy and a girlfriend. Initially she leaves him after forcing him to make a difficult decision, but after Cassidy enters a hat store and gets a complimentary hat, she changes her tune and they reunite. The celebrity DJ gets dumped by his girl in the black-and-white intro before he's whisked away to a pink soundstage after buying a magical hat. It's like 'The Wizard Of Oz' with a disco soundtrack!
Aiding in dancing away Cassidy's pain are pals Jessie J and Thicke, not to mention a 13-piece band in preppy sweaters jamming on a 52 square-foot flamingo-pink lacquer heart-shaped "Paradise Royal" stage, surrounded by flamboyant pink flamingos and palm trees, while Cassidy rocks the CDJ's in a lime green tuxedo jacket and his signature 1920's boater hat. The jubilant song bounds along on a pop-funk-disco euphoria, despite all the hangdog mugging that opened the video. That's because, much like chewing gum and walking, it's almost impossible to dance and mope at the same time. Watch the candy-colored visual below.

Jessie J strikes again in the electrifying video for her diva anthem "Thunder" which follows lead single "Wild" and latest release "It's My Party" as the third UK single to be lifted from British singer-songwriter's brand new sophomore studio album "Alive," which was released in the UK back in September. Sexier than ever! Jessie's new "Thunder" video is a real scorcher, as the blonde Brit rocks a leotard and black cape while singing and dancing in the desert backed by lightning fills the sky.
"Thunder" finds Jessie conceding her happiness in love over an atmospheric piece of Pop. "That's the last song we wrote for the album," she told Digital Spy. It got sent over by Stargate and Benny Blanco, and Claude [Kelly] and myself were like, 'Thunder, thunder, thunder.' We just started writing and had it finished in about half an hour before I went to the airport to fly home from New York." She sings the heartfelt lyric: "Never thought I'd be this happy / if you're asking, yes you have me / How you change my thoughts / you'll never know."

With echoes of Madonna's "Frozen" video from the 90s, the 25-year-old looks bold, brave and brimming with flirty confidence as she writhes around dramatically in a nude semi-sheer bodysuit with black embellishments and a silky black cape. Her blond locks are pasted down in an almost Gatsby-like 20s flapper look as she cavorts around barefoot in a sandpit and doing some very dramatic dancing in front of a car with car's headlights shining on her as thunderbolts go off around her, and her red lipstick and dark eye make-up make her look kind of vampire-like against her fair complexion. In fact the whole video's got a kind of gothic theme.

Jessie J is the life of the party as the 25-year-old British dance-pop star peeps into key holes, opens doors to many realities and parties like 'cray-cray' with her supermodel pal Jourdan Dunn in her brand new fun music video for her newest uplifting sassy pop jam, "It's My Party," the second cut off her forthcoming, still untitled sophomore studio album, is expected to feature multiple sounds ranging from pop rock to hip-hop, and due later this year via Lava-Universal Republic.
If we know one thing about Jessie J, it's that the British singer-songwriter does not pull any punches. While the track is breakup anthem, there is no breaking up going on in the clip. "It's basically me having parties. Three very different parties that I kind of bring together as one big party. There's some cameos in there, some of my best mates in there," Jessie J explains. "It's a fun video, it's just me being silly. It's a lot of humor." The video proving that Jessie J knows how to have a good time.
The carefree and fun scenes with splashes of color, attitude, and partying take place in a house full of different parties, all with different themes and filled with partygoers who dance the night away. Like the carefree spirit of "It's My Party," she lightens the mood and really gets the parties going. we have a punk/grunge gathering, a pompous hipster get-together and a hip-hop-influenced bash. Jessie J invades to bring her energy into and there's a definite Miley Cyrus/"We Can't Stop" vibe to the lyrics, but since Jessie J's track is framed as a response to actual snarky comments, it's an anthem to self-determination that's entirely her own. After partying with each group individually, they all get together for a big final celebration at the end.

Her new single "Wild" has been met with a hugely enthusiastic response from fans and bloggers since its release, and has reached number three on the iTunes chart only a few hours after its debut.
Produced by Ammo, and co-written by Claude Kelly, "Wild" is an inspiring gritty pop/urban anthem and a beast of a song and chorus is so strong. It is kind of reminiscing to Ke$ha's "Sleazy" song. Big Sean and Dizzee Rascal add rap verses to "Wild" and help the British pop singer find her new run-the-world-girls attitude by dropping verses on her latest dance-infused track. At first listen, fans of Jessie J's more bubbly Pop-oriented songs may assume that "Wild" is too much of a detour from her previous material. Yet, that is the beauty of Jessie J!

We're normally not too big on Jessie ballads and mid-tempo songs due to the vocal acrobatics, but her latest single, "Silver Lining," hits the spot. Penned by legendary hitmaker Dianne Warren, who has written some of the biggest ballads of the past few decades. The mid-tempo pop-meets-R&B tune, layered with an 80's inspired beat and gentle piano melody, is a simple love song, providing another opportunity for Jessie to showcase her impressive strong vocal talents, while not going over-board.
Jessie's vocals float effortlessly over a simple, yet powerful stomping beat. True, "Silver Lining" does divert from Jessie's trademark hip-hop/pop "Price Tag" vibe, but her confident and optimistic lyrics offer up some flawless advice for how to stay strong when life gets tough. Call us crazy, but this song just makes us want to hold everyone's hands in a circle and sway back and forth like this. Who's in?! The life-affirming song says very little about silver linings of any kind, but instead shows a brown-haired Jessie looking very artsy as she sings the repetitive yet catchy track.
The Andrew Logan-directed clip starts with the "Domino" star shows off her lighter brown hair and sat on a swivel chair seemingly naked effect outfit in darkened room, as she checking on her laptop, looking at the Facebook page for new flick. Her phone rings, then the song kicks in. The clip then follows the standard format of featuring Jessie singing in tight white tube pants and a white crop top as lyrics to the track run across her and dancing in a thigh-skimming embellished dress, while interspersed with scenes from the new film are projected onto her body to cover her modesty.

Jessie J is back with a flurry of high notes in the video for her latest little escapade, "LaserLight," serves as the seventh overall single from the re-release of her debut LP, "Who You Are." The repackaged album will also include her international single "Domino" and brand new track "My Shadow." The David Guetta-produced, and 'Titanitum'-inspired cut, boast boisterous lyrics about a missing love, will be available for purchase on May 14th.
As you can imagine, the Guetta tune is an upbeat, shimmering dance-pop jam that has Jessie declaring, "You make me feel good, you make me feel safe, you make me feel like I could live another day." It sees the 24-year-old UK Pop powerhouse' collaborating with Guetta for a rather subdued and random track. The song may be 'generic' for Guetta's catalogue of songs, but for Jessie, it is exploring a new 'genre' in this new mellow/yet dance tune. Yet, it is clearly time for Jessie to progress to a new era of her career.
The French DJ has the ability to create that emotion down-to-a-tee with his derivative/reductive music production. So it's no surprise that it's just what Jessie is serving up on new for track "LaserLight." What struck me most about "LaserLight," is how concise the vocal is. No runs, no over the top belts, just a clean and solid delivery of a melody that finally allows a listener to appreciate her voice's tone and timbre without the audio/mental overload usually provided by the tricks and trills she so loves.
In the new video, the British pop diva steps out of the dark, and walking the city, in a movie theater, surrounded by many laser lights, and in the club. For the verses, she is seated in a dark movie theater and in the backseat of a car, with her hair slicked back off her forehead and giant hoop earrings. She's ever-fashionable, especially in that leather jacket with pointed, protruding spikes on the shoulders. Those are fierce, not to mention dangerous. When she rockets into the upbeat, bouncy chorus, she comes alive and springs to her feet, dancing, singing and surrounded by laserlights. Jessie is incredibly animated, using her hands, her face, her mouth and her eyes to express herself.

Jessie J has unveiled the video for her most recent single, "Domino." The new track, produced by Dr Luke who put a funky dance beat to it, was originally released in August, but is being re-released as the second US single, following "Price Tag" featuring B.o.B., from the 23-year-old's debut studio album, "Who You Are." Speaking to the Daily Star, Jessie J said: "There'll be a lot more pain in the lyrics on my next album. "Domino" has received very positive reviews from the critics, who praised the sound and tone of Jessie J's performance but likened the track as too similar to Katy Perry, however "Domino" is catchy enough to potentially become her biggest American hit. Jessie J is known for her quirky style, and her latest video is no exception as the 23-year-old dances around in front of 70s-inspired moving wallpaper in different scenes and changes her outfit several times throughout the vibrant clip.
The 'Who You Are' singer is as eye-catching as ever, and seems to be having a blast in the Norwegian director Ray Kay filmed promo, which kicks off with Jessie dressed in a black feathered ensemble in front of moving wallpaper. Considered a style chameleon, Jessie J made sure that the video was bright, bold and colorful and shows off her bubbly personality in a variety of what seems to be a wardrobe of flashy outfits, with some even matching the wallpaper. Jessie J attempts to rival Lagy Gaga and Madonna for costume changes as she attempts to crack the US.

British blue-eyed soul singer James Morrison has teamed up his fellow countrywoman, the always colorful Jessie J to release their brand-new collaborative video for their soft, dreamy and romantic ballad new single "Up," the second single from Morrison's recent chart-topping album "The Awakening," which he told the news site is different enough from his older work to let people know what the new album will sound like, but not so different it will alienate fans.
The soft-focus pop soul duet with Jessie, is simply a repeat run of his collaboration with Nelly Furtado, right down to the lack of chemistry between the two singers. Morrison said he was honored the pop heavyweight had teamed up with him for the ending of the guitar-driven number. Morrison recently told Digital Spy of working with the 'Who You Are' star: "[It was] pretty intense. I was s**ting myself to be honest! She's sassy and an amazing pop star. She doesn't normally record tracks that she hasn't written herself, so I felt pretty privileged that she agreed to do it."
The video for the collaboration features the pair playing an estranged couple, as described in the pop ballad's lyrics. The clip follows Morrison wandering his way 'Up' through an abandoned-looking building while Jessie is seated in her top-floor apartment, singing and looking serious. At one point, they are back to back in the same room, singing. The video sets up these varying moments of tension and preps for them to eventually head up to the rooftop where they sing their heartfelt lines to one another, and try working out whatever issues which drew them apart.
The singers emote quite a bit and call for each other to stop doing "parade of excuses." As the sun begins to set, so both are drenched in sunlight for a few seconds, and household objects in their room begin to spontaneously explode, and the two singers end things by staring off into the sky at the edge of the roof. This video certainly shows us a more muted side of the normally rainbow-ish Jessie. She's subdued and muted, but still conveys plenty with her beautiful voice. She and Morrison have voices that mesh well together and the video's sad nature will get you thinking. It's not a super dramatic climax, but it still works.

The 23-year-old songstress was co-wrote this self-help and self-empowerment dirge ballad with Toby Gad and Shelly Peiken at the end of a lonely three-month trip to Los Angeles when she was 20. Having been shunted from studio to studio with various producers she was ready to pack it all in. The song returns Jessie to an acoustic accompaniment, and makes for a fine closer – it's her Hometown Glory, without the raw emotion but touching nonetheless."
The somber and simple yet effective visual features the British R&B songstress sets in a bedroom without any visual distractions, Jessie faces the camera head on and shares her story about being true to who you are no matter what others tell you. The new clip perfectly emphasizes the intensity of Jessie's vocal performance, as she offers a vulnerable yet compelling performance of the emotional track, and also perfectly captures that raw emotion that ends with a rainstorm that washes away the tears and sorrow to make way for a fresh new start.

Britain Pop belter Jessie J channels her past on the newest music video for her pop-infused self empowerment "Who's Laughing Now," the fourth UK single from her debut studio album, "Who You Are," which does serve as one of her most personal tracks and one with a message that anyone who's experienced bullying can relate to and find strength in. The songstress goes back to her school days where she was portrayed as an outcast, and she was really out to prove people wrong.
Despite having grown into a confident and successful 23-year-old, Jessie was often taunted and teased by her schoolmates as a kid for everything from a skin discolouration resulting from a health condition to her 'Bugs Bunny' teeth. Having experienced such treatment on behalf of her peers, she wrote "Who's Laughing Now." Speaking of the track, she said: "Music is about making a change but also being able to laugh at yourself. I think this song tells a story a lot of people have been through and I hope it will raise awareness to the serious issue of bullying."
This bitter song finds Jessie taking pride in her achievements in the music industry and having the last laugh at the scoffers in her younger days who doubted she could be successful. She told The Sun: "This song always makes me laugh. I have had so many supporters but also many non-believers and this track is my 'haha' to them. The brilliant revenge song aimed at playground bullies is such a tart kiss-off, you can almost hear Jessie's neck swiveling.
Jessie gets the last laugh in the Emil Nava-directed clip, which filmed at King's College School, Wimbledon, is set in a primary school, where an actress (Adrianna Bertola) plays younger Jessie being bullied and taunted by preppy girls, while Jessie plays a school teacher, janitor, and lunch lady during the four minutes in the tongue-in-cheek visual. Eventually, the young popstress-to-be finds her groove, sasses her hot mess of a lunch lady in the school cafeteria and hoses down her tormenters with a fire extinguisher.

While "Nobody's Perfect" is not an official US single yet, the song's accompanying video clip is racking up YouTube views, thanks to the carnival-esque nature of the scenes and the variety of fashion-forward looks that Jessie sports throughout its entirety. Jessie wears more wigs than Lady Gaga and Nicki Minaj here, but our favorite is her signature, Bettie Page-style, with the black locks, straight bangs and shoulder-grazing tips. The "Nobody's Perfect" video is a real wonderland.

It's no wonder Jessie looks like she's got the hump. She's been done up like a wounded seagull in an oil slick in the big-budget promo. It is a bacchanalia of colorful fun, starting with Jessie's lipstick, with alternates between DayGlo pink and blood red. She sits at the head of a dinner table, presiding over an epic feast. There are also a few futuristic moments, featuring Jessie clad in white and wearing a blonde wig with blunt-cut bangs. It's unpredictably, wildly, colorfully fun!
Overall, the video is part Tim Burton movie, part "Alice in Wonderland," mixed with a little bit of the 'The Shining,' as Jessie prances down a long hotel hallway. It's creepy but you won't be able to look away. "I want to change the world with my music," Jessie continues to prove that she is a lot more than just another singer with a great voice. The Brit Award winner Jessie J has taken the UK by storm in the last few months and has teamed up with rapper B.O.B, and officially unveiled the brand new video for brand new single "Price Tag," her second UK single and first US single from her upcoming debut album "Who You Are," due out on March 28 in UK and April 12 in US. The 22-year-old recent pop sensation first saw fame when she began writing tracks for Miley Cyrus, Justin Timberlake, Alicia Keys and Christina Aguilera, has widely been billed as the next big thing, and is armed with the chops to blow people away, and the song-writing skills to pen a worldwide hit.
"Price Tag," an upbeat, energetic dance number that highlights Jessie's booming voice and can still stand out amidst glossy production. Jessie preceded the album by winning Critics' Choice at BRIT Awards. And B.O.B said that he was beyond impressed and is adamant her star will continue to shine, "I see Jessie becoming a powerhouse, definitely, because it's impossible to have that much creativity in one person and for them not to do amazing thing. It wasn't just the fact that she could sing. Good singers, it's not just hitting the note. It's something deeper than that, and you could just feel it in her voice. The clip has her featured guest B.O.B making a cameo. Speaking on the concept of the video, director Emil Nava said: "Just basically sort of came up with the idea thinking about showing things that are larger than life, but don't really matter. It's sort of like this hyper-real, sort of toy world with Jessie bringing a fashion edge to it."
Though her video was made on a very limited budget, but it's simple and colorful. I just love it, the lyrics and the feel-good vibe. The British star was able to get her point across all while wearing some pretty interesting ensembles. She rallying against the consumerist ways of the 21st century, urges people to relax, love one another and stop worrying about money in a newly-debuted music video for her single "Price Tag". The U.K. artist sings in between the feel-good vibes, "Why is everybody so obsessed? Money can't buy us happiness."
