Filipina international singer and YouTube sensation Charice Pempengco has been released a promotional music video via her Official YouTube Account, for the album version of her second U.S. single "Pyramid" from her upcoming David Foster produced Album release in May. The video featuring Charice and rising American rapper, Keidran Jones, a.k.a. Iyaz in the studio singing and recording the vocals to the song, which had already gotten airplay before it was released to iTunes.Charice, who rose to popularity through YouTube, finally has an original song that she owns. Thought of petite figure, she is blessed with a mighty soprano voice reminiscent of her idols Celine Dion and Whitney Houston. Although "Pyramid" is not a song that showcase a "Singer's Voice", it's nonetheless a solid pop song with a great hook, youthful-catchy lyrics & melodies, and radio-friendly. Charice did a good job interpreting "Pyramid," her vocal riffs at the song's beginning and her curlicues which are uniquely hers makes this her "song". Iyaz also did his part nicely.
